We want you to be completely satisfied with Beecrypt. If you are on a paid plan (Starter or Pro) and believe the proctoring service does not meet your technical expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For monthly and annual plans, prorated refunds are calculated based on consumption rates up to the date of cancellation. Please review contract terms for Enterprise refund guidelines.
